Secure parking is available on request. The space This bright, modern one-bedroom loft is spread over two levels. The lower floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with two sofa beds, a 42” Smart TV, and a large dining table that comfortably seats six. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a Comfort Zones pocket-spring mattress, a spacious wardrobe, and a 32” Smart TV. The luxurious bathroom includes a rainfall shower and a large terrazzo vanity with built-in sink. A unique bridge overlooks the living area, connecting the bedroom to a private balcony with views of the surrounding neighbourhood. Please note: Urban-type monthly rates do not include water and electricity usage. Guest access The apartment is part of a private building with three units — one apartment on the first floor and two duplex apartments on the second floor. Guests have access to Rambutan Resort’s facilities next door, as well as the spa located on the ground floor of the apartment building. The unit can be accessed either through the main lobby entrance of Rambutan Resort or via a separate back entrancefrom the quiet side alley. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the other side of the river from the Old Market, tucked away in a pedestrian alley. The surrounding area is emerging with new restaurants and relaxed lounge bars, offering a pleasant local vibe while remaining close to all major attractions.
