Estoril - Apartment with beautiful frontal Sea Views and lots of Sunlight. Only 7min walk to the beach and train station Lisbon - Cascais I love my neighborhood - it is typically Portuguese one - people meet at the modest cafes and restaurants, walk with their families to the beach to have a coffee after lunch. The apartment has recently been remodeled to receive travelers, who wish to be in a typical Portuguese neighborhood by the sea, and yet close to the trendy areas of Estoril and Cascais. The space The apartment is floated by sun light all day long, and due to it's orientation, all divisions have a beautiful Sea View. ... delight Yourself with a relaxing sun bath on the couch during the day, or be amazed by the gorgeous colours of the sundowns while having dinner! The train will take you in a 20-30 minutes ride along the ocean right into Lisbons historic centre. Cascais can be reached by a pleasant walk along the Sea Promenade and Beaches. Sintra can be easily visited, so as the famous Surf Spot Guincho and many other attractive places. Guest access The apartment is your home during your stay, and you will have access to all its facilities. If looking for accommodation for 4 persons: please be aware that the sofa bed in the living room has another bed below it, what means that 2nd bed blocks part of the access to the window. Cable TV with Bluetooth Speaker, which can be used for your music Parking: Free (in front of the building or on the church square (you can see your car from the windows) Double Bed and Sofa Bed available. If you need an extra mattress - 5€/night (unless you have booked for 4 persons - then the extra mattress is already included) Other things to note The apartment is located close to a local church and a small primary school, so please be prepared to hear the new, now more harmonic, church bells between 9h-22h and the kids during there breaks. Inspite that the apartment is very tranquil as there is no street passing in front of it. There is a free parking lot in the back of the building, so you will always find a place for your car.
