Beautiful house Terrace + Views + Pool Adults Only

Our house is located in the beautiful fishing village of Tossa de Mar on the famous Costa Brava. Here you can enjoy the idyllic atmosphere, the good food, the clean beach and the beautiful scenery of this region. The flats are located above the village and offer breathtaking views of the sea and the Tossa de Mar. You can enjoy the Spanish sun on a deckchair by our outdoor pool or cosy up on the terrace with a book. The space PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: OUR PROPERTY AND THE POOL ARE NOT SUITED FOR GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 12! We offer secure parking and a separate entrance. The flat is entirely yours with your own balcony including a barbecue (wood or coal) for your dinner gatherings and to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the warm Spanish evenings. The cozy flat has a seperate kitchen including a washing machine, a living & dining area, a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and semi-open cupboards. Due to the location on top of the hill we have a breathtaking view over Tossa de Mar and the sea which our guests can enjoy on their own balcony. The distance to the beach and the village is approximately 20 minutes by foot. We also have a comunal pool that guests may use from 9 AM to 9 PM. Freddy's Dad has built this house many years ago only with the help of a few locals. This place is very special to us and our children as we have spent over 40 years of summer holidays here and now our retirement. It goes without saying that we love this home and hope to have many guests here that enjoy it the same way too. Guest access As a guest you have your own entrance, going down some stairs from the parking lot and access to the pool is again through your own balcony and down a few stairs. Other things to note Our property and the pool are not suited for guests under the age of 12 years. Our accommodation is situated at the top of a hill, so we can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and Tossa de Mar. The village and the sea are about a 20 minutes' walk away.
