Alpine Refuge "Le Vaglie"

Alpine refuge of the high Modena Apennines. Located on the route of the Great Scoltenna Ring and at the beginning of the CAI 483 trail. There is a small catering service. The comfort of the structure is essential. The property has 15 beds in 4 shared bedrooms. Required to equip yourself with a bag or sheets and towel. Location reachable only by foot/bike or in 4X4. The refuge is a very isolated place and not suitable for children. The space The shelter has a reception area with a small display case of objects and souvenirs, a dartboard, a coffee machine, a fridge-display case, a shelf with maps of the area and a reception counter. We then move on to the dining area with a nice 16-seat square table, fireplace, TV and refrigerator. The kitchen with a half bathroom is spacious and equipped with remarkable equipment. Hallway from which you can access the sleeping area (1st floor) and the outside including an original carved stone sink and a 6-seater table. On the first floor, there is a large hallway with a bunk bed, bathroom, and TV. Bedroom A with a bunk bed and a single bed. Bedroom B with a bunk bed and two single beds. Room C with a double bed and four single beds (2 on a mezzanine). Guest access Guests have the entire house and surrounding spaces at their disposal, with the use of the kitchen to be agreed upon based on the groups.
