Dutlu Mutlu House is located in Old Datça, the oldest settlement in Datça. In our house there is 1 living room and 1 bedroom with a small kitchen in it, which is connected to each other by a door. 3 people can stay. The house has its own gazebo in the front and a small garden in the back. In this peculiar spacious and stylish Old Datça home, you'll have the opportunity to have a nice vacation and feel like a neighborhood. The space The front door of the Mulberry Happy House opens to a private gazebo for you. Your gazebo overlooks our culinary beautiful garden. It's a house temperature inside. Books. Freshly baked desserts, food, homemade drinks, exclusive wines, cocktails, freshly ground coffees… The most different part of our house is that it is in a different atmosphere in a hidden garden where the heart of the bazaar beats. In the front of the cafe, dominates the streets of Old Datca, in the shade of the mulberry in the back, in your own gazebo, you can enjoy the tranquility of the day. Old Datça, lively in the evenings. There are musical venues, bars, restaurants, cocktail bars that cater to a variety of tastes. If you are a family with children, please know that you can experience silence after midnight. The bedroom of our house, in any case, is available to get a good night's sleep. The living room is better in terms of sound than other venues in Old Datça, but as I said, absolute silence is possible after midnight. This house is full of surprises, and you have a small garden in the back. This garden is adjacent to the cocktail bar next door. This courtyard garden is very calm until 4pm. After that, there's generally calm music. Some nights, special music nights. In Dutlu Mutlu House, you can spend time like an Old Datçalı, that is, a neighborhood. It's like in your home… Guest access The house is a private space. The house's gazebo and backyard are for those who rent the house. The front of the cafe is our common area. Other things to note Dutlu Mutlu House is located in the backyard of our cafe. This year, we added a kitchenette to the living room where you can prepare breakfast. You can prepare your breakfast in a small but useful kitchen and cook something small. We ask that you do not smoke in the rooms, both in terms of safety and health. This is important so that you can rehearse the sweet smell of cedar wood in your room with the same freshness when you come back to visit us again. For smoking, we have plenty of open space. There is no television in our rooms. Books and music options will make you have a good time. We kindly ask you to leave your kitchen clean and dishes washed as soon as you find it. There is no frying or grilling in the kitchen. The mini oven in your gazebo will allow you to cook such things without smell and deliciously.
