Ideal for two couples or one couple and two children, my 4* France-rated house has been completely renovated and offers you great comfort with quality bedding. As my primary residence, you'll find everything you need there. Located in a very quiet area in the heart of the city, you will be a short walk to all shops, halls, markets, restaurants and less than a 10-minute walk to the old port of Saint-Goustan. I don't allow pets. No smoking! The space The two-level home is not suitable for people with disabilities. Ground floor: entrance , toilet, dining room, living room and kitchen. Floor: large bedroom with a bed of 160 (closets and desk) and another bedroom with two single beds of 80(double bed arrangement possible), bontière. Bathroom (shower) and toilet upstairs. Garden: south facing, garden furniture, barbecue, umbrella, two sun loungers. small garden in the north with compost. On request: Baby equipment: highchair, bath, folding crib, pots, safety gate for stairs. Kayak rentals, small boats without a license and departure of beautiful hikes from the port of St-Goustan. Bike rentals in the city center. Cinema, toy library, library... Big market on Mondays, organic market on Thursdays at night and small local farmers market on Friday mornings. Departure from the Auray SNCF train station of the train "Le Tire-Bouchon" which serves the Quiberon peninsula (highly recommended)… line in circulation in the summer. You'll be close: -to the sea: ( kitesurfing, diving, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding ...) -de la Ria d 'Etel, Saint-Cado, -Megalithic sites and the beautiful beaches of Carnac, -the Gulf of Morbihan (Vannes, the many islands), -the port of La Trinité and its seaside giants. the Wild Coast of Quiberon, Belle-Ile, Houat and Hoëdic... - all leisure activities, Saint-Laurent golf and Baden golf, animal park, children's park, tree climbing, equestrian center...
