Beautiful apartment situated in the city centre of Nereto historic town and only 10km from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic sea. In this peaceful Italian town you will be sure to enjoy an splendid view of the Gran Sasso and an atmosphere of maximum relaxation. Ascoli Piceno and his medieval historic town or San Benedetto del Tronto and his famous nightlife are just 10min drive. The space Our house is located on the hills, famous for the wine and oil's production. Therefore it's possible to visit several typical burgs, such as Civitella del Tronto, Castelli, Città Sant'Angelo, Offida, Grottammare, Torre di Palme. The area offers opportunities for cycling, skiing, hiking, horse riding and swimming, in the sea or at the local swimming pools. It is perfect for photography and painting. Visitors can enjoy tours of the spectacular local castles, like Rocca Calascio (the location of the movie Ladyhawke), fortified towns (like Civitella del Tronto) and museums, and the excellent local produce in the informal and friendly restaurants. A really special treat might be a day being pampered at one of the nearby spas. The area is peaceful and very close the sea. You can enjoy the delicious production of wine, cheese and oil during summer festivals where traditions and fun are mixed in an excellent way. Our region is very famous for the Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, excellent red wine, but you can also taste the crispy and fruity white wine Pecorino. It's also very easy travel around the smalls villages with a good transport services wich includes buses, trains and taxis. Also the area is plenty of supermarket, fresh markets, restaurants and pubs where during the evening you can try the delicious italian aperitif with a good glass of wine and a very big traditional buffet all you can eat. Come to visit our wonderful, amazing and sunny region! Guest access The apartment offer two large bedrooms, a newly refurbish bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and the second bedroom offer another king size bed. If needed two more bad’s could be added in the separate living-room making the apartment suitable for up to 6 people. On request we are also able to offer high chair and cradle for babies. Parking is free 24/7 all around the building. Other things to note The apartment is in a historic building completely and entirely renovated, for that reason, the house remains warm in summer and hot in winter.
