This Two bedroom two bathroom condo is conveniently located only about 15 minutes away from Fort Myers Beach & Bonita Beach and Sanibel and Naples are also close. Many local attractions including boating , kayaking, golfing, biking, Miramar outlets, Coconut Point shopping, baseball & historical sites. The condo is fully furnished and includes a full kitchen , washer/dryer, spacious open living/dining/ kitchen area, two full baths, private patio , private WI-FI. You have use of the heated community swimming pool. The community of the springs is a small single story condo complex in a convenient location. Guest access Guests have full access to this private condo including the use of the community pool and tennis courts. There is a lockbox on site to allow 24 hr check-in/check out Other things to note the clubhouse is currently closed but the swimming pool is open for regular use
