The New Orleans Room is facing our amazing courtyard. Relax on your patio and enjoy birds & Garden Area. We are located in Tucson's Entertainment district. The room is filled with early 1900's Circa Furniture with wood pieces & loaded with up to date amenities for all travelers. There is a Queen Serta Plus Mattress in room with a 44" Flat screen smart TV with digital cable/1500 free movies. The private bathroom has 1 sink and a large walk in shower. This hidden gem is located in the heart of Downtown Tucson on historic 4th Avenue. It is the ideal place to relax in pure luxury. There are many unique pieces of artwork and the furniture is from the early 20th century. You will be treated as if you were royalty in this 100-year-old lovingly restored Queen Anne style home built in 1917. There are many stories to be made in this neighborhood so you have a few tales to share with your family after your amazing trip to sunny Tucson, Arizona. This true work of art has 2 bedrooms in the main house with private bathrooms for each room. The 4th Ave room is on the south end of The 4th Ave house and has 2 private entrances that is the room listed on this rental, if you would like to rent the compete house please request the link through message and we will send to you. There are other rentals on the property but you will have complete privacy. The front entrance has a covered front porch facing 4th Avenue with comfortable seating to watch the sunset or relax.
