To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater, AC, WiFi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. - Heater, WiFi, electric kettle, fireplace and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds and attached balconies offering a hill view. - The room on the ground floor along with one of the rooms on the first floor also features an AC. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor. - It provides seating for up to 10 people. - It is equipped with WiFi and a heater. - The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people. It is equipped with a TV. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary.  - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members or 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, inclusive of breakfast. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. In case, there is a male and a female staff member, the female staff member will be accommodated in-house. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also venture out, go on hikes and trails and embrace the beauty around. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area and the living area for safety reasons. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours. Alternatively, the generator can also provide power backup. - We do not host stags group at the property. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Most mobile networks work fairly well here. - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.
