All the advantages of the city center! :-) The space Bright, the room is located in a modern and cozy 75 m² apartment with cross ventilation. It offers a setting that is both comfortable, quiet, and ideally connected to explore the city with ease. The room has a spacious balcony, without immediate overlooking neighbors, from which you can overlook part of the city, and from which you can see to the west the Major Church and even the sea! Upon your arrival, once your suitcases are set down, you are 10 minutes from the Old Port and the lively districts of the city. The building has an elevator. Access to the fully equipped kitchen. Guest access The accommodation is located in front of St Charles station (trains, bus station and airport shuttles) in a private residence, with caretaker. An access code to the residence will be communicated to you before your arrival. In the apartment: easy wifi, wardrobe in the room, shared bathroom, accessible kitchen and fridge. Coffee, tea and kettle available. Hair dryer and towels provided, washing machine and dishwasher on request and free of charge. Flexible arrival time. Departure time: 11 am. During your stay I will remain available during your stay to answer your questions, share good addresses, and help you fully enjoy Marseille, while respecting your peace and independence. Other things to note The arrival times are flexible. Even late, everything is doable... However, they are discussed between your schedule and mine... :-) A note on parking: Although private, there are no reserved spots, not even for me... Some arrival times are therefore better than others... And some are downright impossible... One more thing: I provide bath towels and bed linen. No need to bring any!! However, I only accept bookings of less than 10 days in duration. No shared rentals... :-)
