Neighbors are mostly retired & very good people. Downtown is only 20 mins! The space Open plan kitchen/dining/living room area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dedicated home office, deck, fenced in backyard, BBQ, laundry room. Other things to note Our full time tenant is in a separate in law apartment. We host to a long term nurse who works long hours and is a quiet and kinkinds person. With separate entrances, you have the house to yourself. Additionally, we have installed high-tech noise reduction technology throughout the downstairs ceilings. So far, zero complaints - only super happy guests.
