The space You found  “The Great Escape”:  The ideal place to just run away & forget about the world, relax and enjoy your stay in any of our 9 unique Guest Cabins on a Gorgeous 35-acre Certified National Wildlife Preserve , Exotic Animal Rescue & Horse Ranch… Whether it's a fun-filled vacation for all ages,  a lovely place needed to chill out surrounded by beautiful, majestic woods in the heart of the Hill Country or watch all the animals throughout the property… We literally have it all. You won’t want to leave! Our ranch is a great place for your  special occasions such as; reunions, weddings, anniversaries, or that special someone's birthday… We are equipped to pamper you or extend the invite up to 50 guests! We provide super comfortable spaces, the option to have our resident Codon Bleu Chef cook up anything you want, and we are able to help you plan everything to make this a real 1-stop  destination! The spacious, modern kitchen has new appliances, double oven, dish-washer, big "chef's table" for the whole family. Optional laundry-room complete the "at home" comforts. The living room has state-of-the art, large flat-screen TV with stereo sound, big leather recliners and hand-carved leather sofas, to ensure you have plenty of areas to provide ease and down time. Want to experience a wine tasting, crafty cocktails or a custom chef's dinner? Vicky will be happy to book, organize and create a lovely meal with one-of-a-kind flavors. Outside, the total relaxation theme keeps on going, big & "Texas style with 3500 sq. feet of wrap-around decking with Cowboy kitchen/ your choice of BBQ grill, umbrella tables & chairs, recliners and bar & night/party lights. There are two "sides" on this complex (Like the letter L): In the main part, "The Kiss" suite is complete with high-end linens atop hand-carved, 4-poster deluxe bed and Roman tub in it's attached bath suite. Then, the " Ropes and Roses" room with original memorabilia of the Wild West and deer-antler chandelier (donated from deer on property) and last but not least, the "Performing Arts" room with musical instruments, art & memorabilia from the performing arts, all the way from the Grand Ole Opry, to Pavarotti's operas to Jazz & Blues, theater, dance... For more than 6 people, we open up one or two of the attached "Honey-moon Suites": The Tree-house &/or The Bird-house (depending on your needs) with lovely views to the woods; each with a top-of the line queen bed and two twin beds, private attached bathrooms with jacuzzi tub & shower, in-room coffee-stations/service, fridges plus breakfast area with cook top, microwave. Guest access Guests can enjoy tree swings, check out games, pet and feed our horses and farm animals, build a lovely fire in the fire pit (anybody wants s'mores and weenies?), swim in the river 7 minutes away, laundry available (need to request/standard laundry mat fees apply). Horseback riding? Whether you're a pro, or never been on a horse, we will personally show you how and create an unforgettable experience (charge applies but discounts for guests, military/teacher/law enforcement). Other things to note We love for you to bring your pets! There is a 1-time $100 pet fee for housekeepers to remove all the pet hairs & dander since the next guest could be allergic.
