Enjoy fast access to Soho, Mayfair, Covent Garden, Camden Town, Hampstead and the City. The flat is situated in the heart of West Hampstead, a buzzy and affluent area in London. IN THE FLAT This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split-level flat. The lounge with kitchen and dining area are downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The guest bedroom is with an en-suite bathroom and this is the one you will be staying at. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh Egyptian cotton towels. The other bedroom with bathroom are mine :) There is a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a flat screen TV, central heating, complimentary wireless broadband, and housekeeping service upon request. THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO SEE You would be 10min away from buzzing Baker street and Madame Tussauds and the renown shopping mecca of Oxford street. You have quick access (15min) to the bars, clubs, restaurants, cinemas and theatres of Soho, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Mayfair. Camden town is just but a throw away from the flat and you can enjoy it's many night clubs and bars. You can also take a lovely walk by the Regents Canal that will take you straight to Camden Market. LOCAL AMENITIES There are 3 local supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Tescos and Waitrose) just 5min walk from the flat; several hairdressers and beauty salons; various restaurants - a spacious and stylish Italian deli and café, Sushi, Indian, Persian and Thai restaurants; numerous food stores (some open 24/7), laundry and dry cleaning and a few banks. There are more small shops and restaurants around that you can think of and you would find almost everything within a range of 300 m. You can enjoy the cinema at your door – going to Swiss Cottage Odeon or Vue Cinema in O2 Centre, Finchley Road. TRANSPORT LINKS West Hampstead tube station and overground stations are literally 2min from the flat. Swiss Cottage, Finchley Road tube and South Hampstead Overground stations are 10min walking distance from the flat and so are different bus stops. There are direct buses to Stansted and Luton airport. Bus 82 will take you to Hyde Park Corner and Victoria Station. Buses 13 and 113 will take you to Piccadilly Circus and Marble Arch respectively. If you want to visit Camden Town, take bus 31; take bus 268 or 46 if you like to go to Hampstead. You have 24/7 service on N13. All in all you have access to buses that can take you in 15-20 minutes through London’s busy streets to most of sightseeing locations: moreover you can walk straight through Regents Park and enjoy the immensity of the park, the cultural spots and the pure air.
