It is situated in the famous bohemian quarter, the "Skadarlija" where you can find numerous bars and restaurants. It is only a few steps to the Republic Square, the House of Opera, the main pedestrian zone and many other places of interest. The space You can reach everything by foot, but there is also public transportation also a few minutes from the apartment. From the balcony of the luxury apartment you have a wonderful view to the busy Skadarlija and even to the House of Opera. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and belongs to the 3 Downtown Suites. The brand new apartment has a fully equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious room with a balcony where you can find a table with 4 chairs and a comfortable extendible sofa for two persons. The apartment has its own electrical heating and air-conditioning which can be adjusted to your own needs. The host provides small packages of shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, towels and coffee capsules for the nespresso coffee machine. The linen and towels are changed weekly in case of a longer stay. Cleaning can be arranged on additional costs upon request. Check-in from 1pm – 6 pm. Other things to note In our apartment we wish to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Therefore we drawn up a list of things to ensure domestic harmony. Smoking is forbidden in the apartment as well as in the building. No pets are allowed. No partys. Neighbours – We ask guests not to disturb the neighbours. Facilities - Upon departing or leaving the house, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, as well as the lights in the rooms and its facilities. Shut and lock the door and windows. Kids - For security reasons, please do not leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the apartment or building. Property - Please take good care of the apartment's property.
