We include for all apartments we manage an insurance including cancelation for health reason (Covid included) and civil responsability (mandatory in France). The unit is located on the 1st floor and the building has no lift. There are 20 steps to access the apartment. 549 sq.ft apartment located in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, on rue Saint-André des Ats, between the Sorbonne and the Seine River. This street is famous for its lively nightlife - full of restaurants and bars. The space 548sq ft apartment in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, rue Saint-André-des-Arts in the 6th district. This three-room apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator, furnished with double-glazed windows and herringbone parquet flooring throughout. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table for six, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms (including WC). The living room has a large sofa, two armchairs, table, TV and telephone. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, dishwasher... The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm), two lamps and bedside tables, a window overlooking the courtyard and large storage cupboards. Continuing on is the first bathroom, with bath, double washbasin and WC. The second bedroom features two single beds 90x200cm that can be converted into a 180x200cm bed, lamps and bedside tables, and a window. The second bathroom features a large walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC. The apartment benefits from unlimited broadband internet access. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access The unit is private and self-catering. You'll have access to all kitchen equipment, television, wifi. Other things to note We offer: a personal welcome upon your arrival at the apartment; a technical guide containing instructions on how to use the various amenities provided; a final cleaning service using eco-friendly cleaning products; liability and rental risk insurance. A rental agreement to be signed electronically will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. Any check-in on a Sunday, a holiday, or after 7:00 PM will incur an additional charge of €50.
