Rental unit in Oberhaching

Idyllically located apartment on the 2nd floor of a terraced house. The space The apartment consists of a spacious hallway, large living room with dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Other things to note Pets are discussed before renting and I reserve the right to refuse this rental if necessary. For tenants with pets, I ask that you leave the apartment clean. Own blankets should be brought along that are used by the animal. Pets should never be left alone in the apartment. Also, the apartment should be vacuumed once when leaving, so that at least the tufts of hair of the dogs/animals are removed. The cleanliness of the animals should be very much respected, otherwise I will unfortunately no longer allow pets.
