This home overlooks Millbrook golf resort with public cricket nets just across the road. 20 minutes drive to Queenstown and a bus route nearby. NOTE: 2 cats live at the house - lovely girls, occasionally friendly and sleep a lot! The space A comfortable family home with great outdoor space. Guest access The main 3 bedroom house occupies the upper floor, and all areas are just for you. Our garage is generally locked for storage, but there is off-street parking available at the house. There is a tenanted flat on the ground floor with one allocated parking space. Other things to note We have 2 cats living at the property - if you are happy to feed them that's great, otherwise we can arrange for them to be fed.
