The apartment is a block apartment on the ground floor in a quiet area of Byåsen. Short distance to bus and tram that can take you to the city center or the countryside with many hiking trails and ski tracks. Buses run approx. every 10 min. The space The apartment is located on the first floor with living room, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and two bedrooms. The apartment has access to a large porch with access to the lawn and playground at the back of the block. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment, private porch and carport, as well as a shared playground and lawn. Other things to note - Reminder of leash obligation for dogs around the block and that you of course pick up after the dog if it leaves something on the lawn. - The apartment has a small water heater. Ask all guests to respect the housing cooperative's rules.
