You have unrestricted access to all rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and the spacious garden area. You can park free of charge directly in front of the house. Most of the time we are on-site and welcome you personally. Otherwise, self-check-in is via a key safe - you'll receive the access details in good time before your arrival. If you have any questions or problems, I'm available by phone. HABITAT SERVICE: - From May to October, you can visit our local swimming pool daily for 4 hours free of charge - In winter, our guests use the cross-country ski trails throughout the entire region free of charge Other things to note Check-in/Check-out: Flexible times possible based on availability Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Mountain region: Weather can change quickly - pack appropriate clothing Pets: Welcome by arrangement (small fee applies) Wellness: Shiatsu and yoga bookable on request for an additional fee Shopping: Nearest supermarket in Leutasch (5 min. by car) Guest card: You'll receive this from us for regional discounts
