The original owners, friends of Clark Gable Commissioned this Spacious Santa Fe style home where it’s rumored to be Clark Gables residence in the early 40’s. The Gable house boasts 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms , living room, formal dining room and a family room loft Enjoy a night on the patio cooking in with our built in grill, and enjoy the night sky sitting by the fire pit , or have dinner and a movie blocks away . The space The house sits in half an acre in the center of Tucson. Enjoy your privacy of the home and it’s spaces and the close proximity to all Tucson has to offer. Enjoy a day in our resort like back yard, boasting a fire pit, built in Barbecue and Salt Water Pool and Spa. Pool heat available December 20th, there will be no charge to heat the spa. An additional fee of $35 per day to heat the pool. We do not charge to heat the spa, and charge $35 per day for the pool. Please let us know 24 hours prior to arrival If you would like the pool heated.
