My condo is located on the 10th floor, and everything is brand-new: You will find designer furniture, books that I enjoy, fluffy towels, a selection of coffees/teas, art from all over Thailand and even a Nespresso machine I brought from Switzerland. The space Everything in the condo is there for your use: selection of pillows, many books, kitchen appliances, fluffy towels, various teas/coffees, TV with many international TV channels, selected cosmetic products, clothes hangers, and so on. Guest access The Astra ist the most exclusive apartment building in town with 24/7 security, public areas include - gorgeous infinity pool - spacious gym - rooftop garden - various gardens and green spaces on almost every floor - laundry room - in-house coffee shop in lobby - library/reading room - meeting rooms All the employees in the house (especially the guards) are superfriendly and will treat you like celebrity. :-) Other things to note I will provide you with a written guide on everything I love to see/eat/do in "My Chiang Mai". For monthly stays, electricity/water supply will be charged separately based on actual usage.
