Greetings dear guest! My name is Levan and I will be happy to welcome you to my home! The space My house is next to the sea in Mahindjauri, a green area of Batumi, near the Green Cape and Botanical Garden (700 m). The sea is 200 m away, a 3-minute walk, a clean beach, my cafe-bar "Palm beach", where you can eat delicious food and spend time, sunbeds and umbrellas. My house is located in a quiet and cozy place, away from the road and the noise of cars, in a green garden. Guest access The apartments are located in a two-story house, with a separate entrance and a large balcony/terrace overlooking the sea and the sunset. The windows of the rooms overlook nature. I offer 4 rooms on the 2nd floor, one room costs $20*. Available to you is: ● 2 shower rooms with toilet ○ Wi-Fi in the house and in the courtyard ● A summer kitchen with all the necessary amenities ○ Washing machine ● A large yard with a canopy where you can relax and play with children ○ Car parking ... and we, the hosts of the house :), are always available to help you if needed. 200 m from the house, on the beach there is a cafe-bar, also nearby there is a shop, a spring water source, minibuses and buses, a gas station. Other things to note At your request, we will arrange: • transfer from Batumi or Kutaisi airport, from Batumi railway station; • Fishing on a boat; • Excursions around Adjara and Kutaisi.
