3 bedroom holiday cottage "ulysse "

the house is located in the center of town , it has 3 bedrooms on 3 levels , it is fully equipped , a terrace of 15 m2 , it is located 100 meters from all shops , and the beach is 3 km away , to see on the coast , the cape frhel , the fort la latte and full of beautiful things . FOR JULY and AUGUST I do not do by the day but by the week! in winter, we take a reading of the electricity meters because of the electric heaters for no surprises of overconsumption . The space the house has 3 bedrooms including 1 with a bed 140x 190 and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be put side by side to make a large and 1 bedroom in mezzanine with 1 bed of one person (+ for teenagers ) and the house is fully equipped , I put internet and a freebox TV to have all the channels free, it has a washing machine, toaster , kettle, etc....a toilet on the 1 st floor and another in the bathroom ... Guest access they will have the complete house at their disposal with a full sun terrace area with garden furniture .. Other things to note sheets are not provided , if necessary I provide the sheets with an additional 36 euros for the complete house and per week . 12€ for the queen bed and €8 for each small bed if taken individually . bath linen is also not included, 7€ per person per stay
