This house is located in Middelburg Zeeland in a very quiet neighbourhood near the city centre. The house is very light inside and has a sunny south-facing garden. From Middelburg it is very easy and nice to make trips. Parking in front of the house is free and fast internet is available. The space The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Per room there are 2 beds for adults, so a total of 6 adults. There is a possibility of placing 1 child's bed (up to 2 years) in 1 of the bedrooms. The beds (and the cot) are made with bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a big fridge, dishwasher, combi oven, induction cooking and an espresso machine (D'Longi Chile Classic). The living room is spacious and bright and there is a luxurious comfortable sofa, armchairs. There is internet IP TV with a wide selection in all languages. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with WC, shower, bath, heating and there is 1 separate WC downstairs. In the garden there is a garden set with table and chairs. There is a barbecue and a play area. Behind the garden is a small park with more playground equipment and in the park there is no access for cars. Guest access Parking is possible for 1 car on the private driveway. There is room for another car in the neighbourhood in the parking spaces and this is free. There is always room. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential area, therefore we are looking for suitable tenants who want to enjoy a quiet stay. Therefore no parties and respecting the evening peace. It is not allowed in the house to 'gourmet' or prepare food other then the kitchen under the fumehood.
