Malva -Luxurious designer villa with pool

Resort Villas Andalucia manages Villa Malva, a 5-bedroom villa with private bathrooms, located next to the golf course and just a 20-minute (aprox.) walk to center of the charming village of Benalup. It features a private swimming pool, a stunning well-kept garden, BBQ, a roofed terrace, and is next to a 5-star hotel with a spa and restaurants. The spacious villa is fully equipped for family vacations with AC throughout the house and Wi-Fi. Small pets allowed with a supplement (upon request). The space Villa Malva is luxury 5-bedroom Villa for 10 guests situated next to the Benalup-Golf Course. On the ground floor you will find a high ceiling octagonal living room, dining room and open, fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; The 1st with kind size bed, full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, 2nd with twin beds, full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, and the 3rd bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. Each bedroom offers flatscreen TV, built-in wardrobes, electric shutters and access to the terrace/pool area. In the basement, there is a spacious second living area with plenty natural light, equipped with sofa, and access to the 2 further bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement have twin beds, and a small bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower each. These bedrooms are more basic than the 3 bedrooms on the main floor, and they don´t have direct natural light. Please note that although a jacuzzi appears in the bathroom photos, it is out of order. We do not advertise that the place has a jacuzzi. The ice and water machine in the refrigerator is out of service. Air conditioning and WIFI throughout the Villa. The WIFI connection isn´t guaranteed in the basement. The large terrace offers a private pool, outdoor dining below a shaded roofed terrace, sunbeds and lawn. Pool: 12 x 6 m. Parking: Parking spaces available in the Urbanization next to the entrance. Guest access The villa is completely private for your use, including the pool and garden. Within the resort, you will find the Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa, which features an 18-hole golf course, an amazing spa and restaurants. Our guests can book green fees, spa treatments and dining directly at the hotel, with the corresponding rates applied. It can be easily purchased in the village of Benalup. Please note that we offer a 50% discount for monthly stays from October to May.
