The romantic sunset is at Seonbaw House Toenmaru, You can see the sunrise at Homi Teok Square, a nearby attraction. Our country house is located at the starting point of Seonbae-gil. (200 meters, 3 minutes on foot) Among the most wonderful Seonbaw-gil of Homi Peninsula Coastal Dulle-gil, it is a nice place with a promenade that seems to walk on the sea. The space It is a hanok built in 1934. It was repaired and improved about 30 years ago. There are two rooms, a toenmaru, a kitchen and dining room, and a bathroom and toilet. The big room is a big room with two compartments. The small room is a cozy room filled with low standard queen beds. You should watch your head because the ceiling is low all over the house. Tall people should be careful. When booking for 3 or more people, an additional cotton wool mattress and futon will be placed in the room. (The futon uses a goose futon) Bedding is set according🚫 to the number of people. Up to 2 people will use the basic small room queen bed, and the large room floor futon is not prepared. In addition, bedding in the closet that is not set is prohibited from use. Changes in the number of people are only possible until the day before. Infants who do not have an additional charge will not be provided with additional bedding. If you are accompanying a child, please check the bedding situation. Guest access There is a beam projector in the big room, so you can use Netflix. There is a board game in the closet. The 🚫beam projector is not wired. For any reason, if you touch it, it is fixed to the wall, so it is more unstable than fixing it to the ceiling, making it difficult to adjust the screen. Do not touch it. (There is a mirroring function) It can be used in the outdoor yard. When using the barbecue, including charcoal, a cost of 20,000 KRW is incurred-Equipment such as new grill and charcoal are provided (you only need to buy food). Fireplace is not available in rainy or windy weather. Fireplace use is not reserved, and equipment is always prepared, so you can pay for it later only if you use it. 🚫Only charcoal is available and firewood is never available. (It is illegal nationwide in autumn and winter, and since this is a wooden building, it is prohibited regardless of the season due to the risk of fire. It's windy by the sea, so the sparks fly. 🔥There is a change in the interior after December 28, 2023. We have installed a fireplace, and there is a slight change in the interior from the previous one, so please refer to the photo. Also, be sure to follow the safety precautions when using the fireplace and pay special attention. Seasonings are all prepared (including sesame oil) and are freely available. However, soy sauce used with a spoon (ex.Ssamjang) is not provided due to hygiene issues, so you must prepare it separately. There is an ice water purifier for water. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, shower towels, hair dryer, and toothpaste are provided. Please bring your own toothbrush. There are a total of 3 air conditioners. Two in each room and one inverter wall-mounted air conditioner in the kitchen. Other things to note There are three cats living in the yard. Eating is possible in the kitchen, but food such as pork belly and fish are not allowed (outside can be eaten) 🚫 Yard parking is available. The driveway is steep and dangerous, so please be sure to follow the precautions in the entrance letter (right turn entry is strictly prohibited). Parking is also available in front of the town hall next door. The brazier is available, but there may be restrictions depending on the season (not recommended in bad weather, and there may be restrictions on use in the dry season when there is a high risk of wildfires) However, if you bring a butane gas for outdoor dining, you can use the gas burner for free. Foods that are oily and smelly, such as crabs, shellfish, or pork belly, are prohibited from eating or cooking inside.
