The left side is the Makati area, where it’s beautiful to gaze at the sunrise, whilst the right side will bring you one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, the Manila Bay sunset. The unit is designed for short-term stay and with guests in mind. We provide shampoo and toilet paper. The kitchen has: Rice cooker Induction cooker (deep frying not recommended) Electric kettle Microwave Refrigerator Toaster Plates, glasses, cups, etc Pot, pan, and cookware Can opener We also have an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer for you. Downstairs is a restaurant, a laundry shop, and a massage place. Guest access The condo has an outdoor gym, playground, running track, half basketball court, and swimming pool. Other things to note 1. Check-in: 2 pm-8 pm ONLY. Inquire about late check-in past 8 pm, which has an additional fee of PhP150-PhP250. For ease of check-in and building security requirements, please send a government-issued ID (passport if a foreign national). You can send via email or this app. Please bring your IDs to avoid delay. 2. Extra linens and towels are only provided for a minimum of a 7-day stay. 3. Strictly no parties. 4. The swimming pool is available with a fee of Php150/head. This may vary during holidays. 5. Only 3 visitors allowed.
