‘Sonny’s At Robe’ is a bright, relaxing space in a fabulous location, with the beautiful and iconic Long Beach just a 350 metre stroll away and stunning walking tracks into town. My family fell in love with Robe and now are so lucky to own our own little slice of heaven in Robe and share it with others! The open kitchen, living & dining area has everything you need to cook your own meals. The yard is fully & safely enclosed with amazing entertaining areas to enjoy! The space A cozy, relaxed and light filled space so close to Long Beach. Lay in bed and listen to the waves roll in. We are so happy to be able to offer such a great spot for families or couples to holiday, at an affordable price. You get an entire 2 bedroom fully equipped house and private enclosed yard where you can bring along your fur babies too (we allow them indoors- understandably not on any furniture or beds!) Bedroom 1 features a queen sized bed and bedroom 2 features a triple bunk, with a double innerspring mattress on the bottom and a single innerspring mattress up top. There is also room in the area behind the sofa for a single innerspring mattress to be set up on the floor, which is stored under bunks for easy access. Sleeping 6 in total. Plenty of space for the kids (and pets) to run around outdoors in the fully enclosed and secure yard, which is privately set on a battle axe block. Guests have full access to the spacious driveway leading up to the property. Although we have neighbours surrounding, it is always perfectly peaceful and quiet! We have added a 6x6m DECK, for our guests all year round to enjoy! We have also added an exposed aggregate slab for entertaining! New split system air conditioner/heater, front load washing machine and freestanding oven! Block out blinds throughout the home for your comfort as well as privacy sheers. Weber BBQ available for use. Fire Pit for use in cooler months. You’re welcome to access any extra amenities in the fridge and pantry including spreads, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, long life milk, herbs etc. You’ll find tea towels, cloths, dishwashing and laundry liquid, bin bags, baby wipes, foil, cling wrap and food storage containers, all to make your stay that little bit easier! Outdoor table setting and market umbrella to provide shelter from the sun (in warmer months). The backyard trees also provide lovely shade in the summer afternoon sun. Wine barrel with stool for seating, hammock and 3 extra seats around fire pit area. New linens and towels to enjoy. Coconut and Lime diffusers for a welcoming coastal aroma. Unlimited wifi. Netflix for guests use. DVD’s, books, magazine, games and old school PlayStation to enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house on the property. 2 bedrooms, open kitchen/living/dining area with dining table setting for 4-6, bathroom/laundry and the deck and enclosed yard. The garage is locked and is not accessible. Guests can park up the spacious driveway and inside the yard. Other things to note ^ Please kindly clean up after your dog and check outside for poop before you check out so that the next guests don’t find any surprises! It is not the cleaners job to pick up after your dog. ^ FIRE PIT USAGE- Please use shovel provided to bag and bin cooled ashes if you have used the fire pit during your stay. ^ Please take extra care WASHING DISHES and putting them away in their correct spot. It isn’t on the cleaners list of jobs to search if every plate, cup, fork, pan etc in cupboard has been cleaned properly by the guest! It just makes it more pleasant for the next guest. An extra cleaning fee may apply if all dishes are not washed properly and put away correctly. ^ Please take care on deck, particularly near edges. There is a 650 mm fall. We do not take responsibility for any injuries caused. Do not jump from deck, only use stairs provided. ^ BINS Red bin goes out Tuesday night to be collected Wednesday morning and recycling goes out Thursday night to be collected Friday. ^If you use the EXTRA SINGLE MATTRESS for extra guests- please strip the sheets and pillowcases off it and place in a laundry basket for washing. Please return single mattress to underneath bunks. HIRE AVAILABLE: The following items can all be made available for hire for a small fee/bond, upon request.
