Vacation home on Lake Walchen with garden by the lake

Living in the lake house. The apartment is centrally located in the village of Walchensee. The house has a garden with a lake terrace. The living room with open kitchen and balcony has a beautiful view of the lake. The bedroom is located on the quiet back side of the house. Garmisch Classic, the largest ski resort in Bavaria, can be reached in 30 minutes. Here your apartment is a starting point for activities in the most beautiful Alpine region of Germany. The space The two-room apartment is on the 1st floor of the house and is 58 square meters. The high-quality furniture and wood paneling were made by the local carpenter in the Bavarian style. Freshly moved-in bedding and towels are included. Guest access In the basement of the house there is a swimming pool and a sauna. On the opposite side of the street is our garden with a lake terrace and in summer with a swimming island. There is also a locked bicycle shed, a ski cellar and a laundry room. Other things to note The tourist tax of the Tourist Information Center is charged separately and is currently €2 per person per day. Children are charged a reduced rate; infants stay free.
