Large charming bungalow in private property

This beautiful charming guest bungalow is located on private property. A swimming pool and beautiful tropical garden will relax you throughout your stay. There is only one which guarantees you complete tranquility. In addition, the property is completely surrounded by a wall high enough to guarantee total privacy. The bungalow has a private front terrace for sunbathing, an outdoor seating area and a covered rear terrace with table and chairs for your meals. The space Airport transfer is included in the rental. Cleaning is done 4 times a week by my lovely Thai staff who also live on site. A washer-dryer is available (for a fee), fridge, coffee machine, coffee maker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the necessary dishes. Guest access Apart from the private main house, all other places on the property are accessible, including of course the swimming pool at will. The bungalow is equipped with dishes but if you need more, on request, I can provide you with everything you need such as a grill. Other things to note This bungalow is ideal for couples or single women. There's only one bungalow for rent. So no other guests. On site, only myself and a housekeeper. This rental is not suitable for children or teleworking. It is quite difficult to get a taxi and moreover, they are expensive. It is highly recommended that you rent a scooter, ideal for visiting the island, or a car. I can help you with this. Parking is available on the property. Outside visitors not allowed unless by prior arrangement. Rental for professional use such as remote working is not allowed.
