The space The rental area: *1 Bedroom and living space in common: living room, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 SDE, laundry room and terrace of 10m2 equipped with wooden table pr 4pax and barbecue * Private bedroom 11m2: comfortable bed pr 2 pax, very sunny window overlooking the terrace and without vis-à-vis, 1 piece of storage furniture, hangers, bed linen and towels. * Reception area (recently renovated): Very bright living room giving access to the terrace and composed of a living room , library and shower room. The living room is equipped with 3 comfortable sofas, an library, a 52-inch flat screen, DVD player and movies available, cable with foreign channels. * Bathroom area: Champoing, Body Wash and Hair Dryer *The kitchen and laundry area: Spacious and bright kitchen, dining table for 4 pax, fully equipped and furnished: stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine in the laundry room. Refrigerator: 1 floor dedicated for travelers Guest access - Guest will have access to all the common areas described with the exception of the room I occupy. - Breakfast included and self-service - WiFi throughout the apartment included. -1 map and 1 useful guide for Casablanca and about will be made available - Spaces in the bathroom, SDE, kitchen and laundry room will be dedicated to you with the appropriate products.
