Cozy apartment in the historic center located 350 meters from downtown Ponta Delgada The space Three Apartment is one of four spaces that constitute PDL Central Apartments, a beautiful building located in one of the most central streets of Ponta Delgada. It is a very comfortable and cozy apartment, ideal for one or two people, and has everything necessary to make guests feel comfortable and at home. It consists on a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. As the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, it is possible to rent the house for up to 4 people – two in the bedroom plus two on the sofá bed in the living room. The apartment has good lightning and view to the city. (Note: sofa bed dimension: 1.30x1.90m) Guest access It is located on the second floor. The access to the apartment is exclusive to guests. The front door is common for all four apartments. Other things to note Treat the house as if it were your own.
