Light drinking is allowed but only inside the unit. Clean as you go. (cleaning fee of P1,000 applies if unit is left untidy) Minors are not allowed to check-in without Parents/Guardian. LOCATION: 24 hours convenience store and bank at the entrance area. 5-10 min walk to Mcdonalds, Jollibee and Shakeys. 15 min walk to SM Fairview and Fairview Terraces. Other things to note 1. Parties are not allowed such as loud noise and music. 2. No unregistered guests are allowed unless authorized. (Please inform us for any visitors or extra persons) 3. All dishes must be washed and stored upon check-out. 4. No smoking. (smoke detector alarm has a violation and penalty of Php 1,500) 5. No pets allowed. 6. Please turn-off the lights, A/C and water when not in use. 7. Please don't lose your house key. (Fee for lost key is Php 1,000) 8. Please throw your garbage (garbage bin is near the stair case) 9. Please keep the unit clean as you go.  10. Bed sheet/sofa stains will incur extra fees. 11. Please don't forget to unplug any appliances when not in use.
