It is located on one of the most beautiful islands of Greece, Crete. More specifically, it is situated in the south, southeast Crete, 12 km from the city of Ierapetra, at the foot of Mount Thryptis, in the area of Ferma, Agios Ioannis Ierapetra. It is the ideal place for unique moments of relaxation and rest. The space New Aurora Apts Studios was built in 1992 and was completely renovated in July 2019. It is the point where tradition meets modern design/functionality. The lodging is surrounded by gardens with local flowers, herbs, olives and a variety of trees. The complex has rest and relaxation spaces under olive trees, barbecue, playground, free Wi-Fi, and also free private parking. An additional reason to visit New Aurora Apts Studios is the "breakfast basket", which will give you the opportunity to taste traditional Cretan products, with traditional homemade flavors and recipes that you will enjoy on the terrace, on the balcony or in our garden. The garden-view apartments can accommodate up to three people, are located on the ground floor, are 26 –28 m2 and consist of a bedroom with twin beds or a double large bed and a kitchen-living room with a built-in sofa-bed, table, and a fully equipped kitchen, to facilitate your daily life and make you feel at home. The living room and the bedroom are finely decorated and separated by wooden furniture, providing the visitor with a comfortable, friendly and relaxing environment. All apartments have private bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning, satellite TV, safety box, hand sanitizer and furnished terrace overlooking the gardens. Guest access Our beach, "Livadi" This modern shelter is located about 150 meters away from the unique and wonderful beach of Livadi, a beach with few visitors, fine sand, windless and sunny, ideal for swimming and exploration, 230 meters long and 8-15 meters wide. Other things to note Please note a government issued mandatory environment tax (like VAT) is being collected for all reservations per flat (not per person) per night, for the whole duration of the stay as follows: €0.5/night from 1 November to 30 March, and €2.00/night from 1 April to 31 October respectively. This tax is not included in the booking price and can be paid at the property during checkout. We change face and body towels every two days and sheets and pillow cases every three days. Breakfast is not included in the room price. You pay it at our accommodation. New Aurora Apts Studios is ideal for couples, families, and nature lovers, who want to experience the daily life of the Cretans. Within walking distance guests will find traditional taverns. The tavern "Katerina", two hundred and fifty meters away, the tavern "Dionysos", seven hundred and fifty meters away and the tavern - pizzeria "Steki", eight hundred meters away. Also, for take away you will find the cafe "Route 76" at eighty meters away, the bakery across the parking lot, the butcher shop one hundred meters away and the supermarket five hundred meters away. Two hundred and fifty meters away from the New Aurora Apts Studios is located a hair salon and a gift shop. In a distance of 2.7 km you will find a private practice and in 3.2 km you will find a pharmacy. Also, in eight hundred meters you can rent a car or motorcycle for your daily getaways, from our external partner. The cities of Ierapetra, Agios Nikolaos and Sitia are located in a distance of 12.3 km, 45.8 km and 46.7 km respectively. Two hundred and thirty meters away from our complex, you will find the bus stop of the intercity bus with regular itineraries (there is an itinerary available at the reception). The apartment can accommodate up to three people. For any additional person, a charge of €10.00 per night is provided. Please inform us about each additional guest via message.
