Centrally located beautiful three bedroom / one bath home five blocks south of downtown Santa Rosa. Walking distance to Russian River Brewery, movie theaters, many shops, breweries and restaurants. Easy access to Highways 12 and 101. Note: bookings with one guest will have access to one bedroom, two guests will have access to two bedrooms, and three or more guests will have access to three bedrooms. Kitchen with granite countertops and modern conveniences, gas range, microwave. Laminate floors, carpet in bedrooms, spacious living room and dining room, newly remodeled bathroom, large backyard with raised garden beds, wifi, laundry on-site and movie/tv projector in living room and television in one bedroom. Central electric heat and air-conditioning. Note: For stays less than 31 days, a 12% Occupancy Tax is paid to the local government and is collected at the time of booking. For stays of 31 days or longer, the Occupancy Tax is not required. This is my home and therefore has my possessions, art and food items. However, it is set up for you to use and be comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom have very little of my stuff in them, and there are dressers and one closet for your clothing items. I leave ample space for guests in the fridge and cabinets in the kitchen (the fridge and cabinets will also contain some of my food items). The home is Located in Burbank Gardens neighborhood near downtown Santa Rosa, with entrances to Highways 12 and 101 a few blocks away. Ten minute walk to downtown, including Russian River Brewery, movie theaters, shopping mall, etc.. Juilliard Park five minute walk, and bike path three blocks away. Juilliard Park and Luther Burbank Home and Gardens are four blocks away, and the bike path along Santa Rosa Creek is five blocks away – this bike path goes to Sebastopol and beyond. This is an older home (about 80 years old), and though it has been recently renovated, it comes with the quirks that an older wooden home has. The house is clean, comfortable and functional, but don't expect everything to be brand-new and perfect. Guest access You will have the house, including three bedrooms with one closet, dining room, living room, and kitchen. One room and two closets in the house are not included for your access, as they store my personal items. PARKING: Long driveway with space for two or three cars parked behind one another. Note: driveway is narrow, fine for cars, tight for wide vehicles such as trucks. Unrestricted street parking also available. SHARED BACKYARD: You will also have access to the front and backyard. There is a studio in the back which is also a rental and shares use of the backyard. A caretaker or I may also occasionally water plants in the front and backyard during your visit.
