The space The Villa consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living & dining room, kitchen, outside patio, and front secluded courtyard. The back outside patio has views of a beautifully well manicured golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains that reside in the desert of the Coachella Valley. The property is furnished with Tommy Bahama Furniture by Lexington and a 19th century hall tree from Spain that contribute to a Spanish and New England Colonial Style. The combination of these two styles later became known as the Monterey Revival. There is a 54" TV in the living room and a 43" TV in the master and guest bedrooms. There is a Weber grill for grill lovers, Keurig coffee and espresso maker for coffee lovers, and gorgeous views for a lifetime. Guest access There are two entrances. The North entrance and South entrance with 24 hour security. The closest entrance to this property is the North entrance that runs by the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Tennis Courts. Both entrances are well-lit and there is a well-lit walkway from the front gate, through the courtyard, to the front entrance of the Villa. Other things to note Hello, I am a Finance and Operations Consultant and live in Brentwood. I have furnished this Villa to provide me with a relaxed luxury and elegant place for my weekend getaways and for enjoyment without the worries of the Los Angeles surroundings.
