Buckley Estate Farm Retreat

The retreat is a modern bedroom & large bathroom with a private external entrance set on a 10 acre alpaca farm. 25mins from Adelaide CBD, 15mins from McLaren Vale wineries or the beach, 3mins from the quaint town of Clarendon. Guests are welcome to interact with the alpacas & enjoy the gardens. Kangaroos & koalas are often around the property. Ideal for a quiet retreat. We have the option of a 2nd Airbnb in our ‘Chandlers Hill Cottage’ & a new sunset deck which is available to both. The space We encourage guests to wander around the property gardens and visit the alpacas. We are happy to chat about farm life and the animals. We also have a beautiful selection of alpaca products for sale in our farm shop. Guest access We have a small orchard and vegetable garden, large lawned area and access to a fenced area to meet the alpacas and chickens. The decking is a shared area with our other Airbnb and has a bbq. It provides amazing morning coffee or sunset views and is available anytime During your stay We are more than happy to introduce guests to our alpacas which are very friendly and love a pat. Other things to note We can supply a continental breakfast of cereal, juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants and toast for $15 per person. Tea and coffee is always available. We also offer a generous cheese platter and bottle of our Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay for $65. We also now offer:- ** Private chauffeured wine tours ( tailored to your requirements) $400 Full Day , $250 Half Day. ** Drop off/ pick up service for lunch or dinner. Prices are comparative to Uber. Please book asap to ensure availability We are currently developing a large native edible garden which is available to stroll through or sit and relax. Completion date is TBA.
