The convenient location means you're within walking distance of Sydney’s CBD and major Sydney attractions including Sydney Tower, Opera House, and Royal Botanical Gardens. The space Well designed with high ceiling and large windows allowing plenty of natural light. The apartment is minimalist in design whilst still having warmth in its interior. Located at the back of the building the apartment is quiet, away from street noise. The apartment offers - Comfortable queen bed and pillows with fresh linen - Smart TV with access to Netflix, Stan, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime. - Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, plates, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Also include basic supplies like oil, salt, pepper, washing detergents etc - Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, washing detergents supplied - Air conditioning cools the apartment in the summer months making a comfortable night’s sleep. Heating during cooler months makes the space very cosy. - Bathroom has rainfall shower head, shampoos, soaps, plush towels, and hair dryer all supplied - Iron and ironing board - Private balcony allows guests sit outside and enjoy the fresh air Sydney airport 25 mins in uber/taxi, bus stops minutes walk, Museum train station 10 mins walk, Harbour bridge/Opera house 35min walk, Bondi Beach 25 min bus trip, Darling Harbour 20 mins walk, Circular Quay 20 mins walk. Taxi and Uber/other ride share are plentiful and always available in the area. Check in/check out Check in time 2pm and check out time 11am. I'm flexible with check in/check out times, if there are no other bookings before or after your stay I’m happy to extend check in/check out times at no extra cost. The apartment offers self check in using lockbox so you’re able to check in/checkout at any time day or night. Guest access Parking The apartment does not offer onsite parking. There is street parking available around the building which is metered then free from 10pm to 8am. For longer stays there is a Wilsons Parking garage located 10 mins walk from the apartment. Luggage Storge If I’m not able to accommodate an earlier or later check in/check out the closest luggage storage is located 10 mins walk from the apartment.
