Come on in, drop your bags and head to the beach!! INSIDE SPACE... Set around a large central hallway, the rooms at The Harlyn are all light, bright and spacious with a contemporary and stylish feel. Set at the rear of the property and enjoying masses of natural light pouring through its many windows, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a wonderfully sociable space for the whole family. French doors open out onto the patio area, offering a perfect spot for outdoor dining, and the modern kitchen features all the appliances needed for cooking up a storm. Back into the hallway you find a modern family bathroom with shower over bath, as well as the two spacious bedrooms. Featuring lovely dual aspect windows, the twin room has two full sized single beds and is decorated in a cool, coastal palette creating a very restful feeling. The master bedroom with ensuite shower sits at the front of the apartment and continues the same colour theme, whilst enjoying the natural light which floods through the French doors. OUTSIDE SPACE... Set across three tiered patio areas, the outside space at The Harlyn gives you the chance to chase the sun! A furnished area lies to one side of the apartment, perfect for outdoor dining, whilst a patio area outside the master bedroom catches the evening light. The outside space is fully enclosed, with a gate leading to the path to the beach and parking space to the front. Guest access A private holiday home, guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note PARKING... The Harlyn has allocated parking for one car within the gated Ocean Blue complex. ACCESS... The front door of The Harlyn is accessed via the main car park and is down ten steps, all with handrail. There is alternative access from either the master bedroom or lounge area, both through French doors, these can be used as secondary access points. Once inside, the property is all on one level with no steps or stairs, however some of the outside terraced areas have steps to them. EV CHARGING... It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property. LINEN... Linen and towels are included in the property, but please bring your own beach towels.
