Situated at jetty's end this home offers panoramic water views from the amazing full length entertaining deck. Killcare beach is a 20 min walk away, the local shops just 7 mins on foot, and Bouddi National Park offers great bushwalking. The house is water front on Hardys Bay, a fishing and boating paradise. Sunset drinks and a bbq on the deck are the perfect end to a day on the beach. The space This newly renovated (2020) beach house is a great holiday house for families or groups of adults. It has 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen & 1 twin, - 2 beautiful bathrooms and a wonderful deck with expansive views. There a few steps up to the house from the parking spots but not too many! YYou'll have the whole house to yourselves. All living areas, bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom have stunning views and are beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with new Miele cooktop, oven & dishwasher, large Fisher Paykel fridge, Panasonic microwave and quality cooking utensils. The wonderful deck features the bbq, outdoor lounge and dining areas. The downstairs bathroom also contains a laundry with a washing machine and dryer and washing powder is available. In winter the wood burning heater provides cosy comfort and a gas heater is available for quick comfort. P.S. Donations of unwanted vinyl records are welcome! Guest access The Killcare/Hardys Bay area is a nature lovers paradise with beautiful beaches and amazing national parks. Killcare beach is a surf beach patrolled in summer with a children's rock pool while the northern end (Putty Beach) is calmer and perfect for younger swimmers. Bouddi National Park features isolated beaches (unpatrolled) and a variety of walks, most with incredible views of the Pacific & Pittwater and Brisbane Water, wildflowers and whale watching in season. All these are short walks away. Further afield is the Brisbane Water national park with more great walks and indigenous sites. The local shops are 7 mins walk, the popular Hardys bay club 15 mins and Killcare beach 20 mins walk or 5 minute drive. parking is available for 2 cars with more parking on the street in front. Other things to note Basic cooking ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, a variety of condiments, flour, sugar, coffee and tea are all available for use, but please replace any that run out.
