The house is located on the island of Pasman, Lokvice Bay. From the place it is 3 miles over a hill (gravel road). The lodge has one bedroom and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and crockery, 120L fridge and gas hob. The 220V electricity is solar powered (cooler, cell phone and laptop charger). Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and toilet. The cottage only has an outdoor shower, which needs to be filled beforehand to get water for the shower.
