Luxury Chalet looking over Sand dunes to Godrevy

Newly refurbished chalet with access on to the dunes at Gwithian and uninterrupted views of Godrevy lighthouse. Very peaceful spot with no passing traffic and 300m dune walk from beach! The location is set back from the front but has access to the dunes directly from the door with un-interrupted light house and dune view. Peaceful place to just explore the area (St ives 15 minute drive). There are three bedrooms - sleeping 6 in total. Bedroom one has a Kingsize bed, under bed storage and hanging space for clothes. Bedroom Two has a double bed, under bed storage and hanging space for clothes. Bedroom Three is the bunk room. This has a chest of drawers, underbed storage and hanging space. All beds have been designed for the rooms and hand-made and all have luxury toppers and bedding. USB charging sockets have also been put in near the beds for ease of use. There is one main bathroom with walk in shower and heated towel rail. In addition to this there is an additional toilet and sink in the utility area where you will also find washing machine and dryer for your convenience. An outdoor warm shower is also provided for after those daily beach trips. There is also hanging spots in the out door shower for drip drying the wet suits The kitchen has everything you need (we think!) - dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, microwave and toaster, nespresso coffee machine, toastie maker The lounge has a beautiful log burner, sofa and tv and DVD player also dining table with bench seating for 6 people Out the front of the chalet is a large decked area with charcoal barbecue. There is a new decked area to the rear with access on to the dunes. There are 4 cafes within walking distance - Godrevy, The Jam pot, Sunset Cafe and The Rock pool. In the village is Red River pub. A Marks and Spencers and some amazing farm shops are within a 5 minute drive. There is a minimum 7 night stay during the peak summer weeks and 3 nights at other times.
