Within a wine estate, in a beautiful village of Beaujolais golden stones, we offer a gîte for 12 people. 2 bedrooms for 2 people with a double bed 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds 1 bathroom with 3 showers & 2 toilets 1 dining room with equipped kitchen If, however, you were to come a little more, two guest rooms for two people are nearby, contact us in this case. Guest access You have access to the entire property Other things to note Amenities: Heating, Housekeeping, Bed linen included, Bathroom linen included. To make you feel at home as soon as you arrive and avoid the chore of "resupply" after unloading your luggage, some basic necessities will be available to you: - Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and main spices - Aluminum, stretch film, paper towels and toilet paper - Soap, dishwashing liquid, various cleaning products and sponges... You are offered options to make your stay more gourmet (to be specified at the time of booking, payment on site): - A local cheese board with accompaniments (€45) - A charcuterie board with accompaniments (€55) - A platter of local cheeses and charcuterie with accompaniments (€50) - A bottle of wine, we offer a choice of white, red and rosé (from €7 per bottle) - A bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne (€10) - A bottle of champagne (€35) Please note that the 60 euros service fee requested at the time of booking is fixed and non-refundable. It includes: - half a day of refurbishment of the gîte before it is rented out (cleaning, storage if necessary, preparation of bedding and towels, checking the supply of products made available to you in particular) - laundry costs After your departure, please leave the apartment tidy and clean and dispose of your garbage, even if the complete cleaning is done after your departure; We are committed to ensuring a quality service to each of the tenants, which is why we consider this service to be essential :-) Thus, the gîte requires more hours of work for its restoration than the hours normally required, a deduction on deposit will be applied at the rate of 40 euros per additional hour.
