The room has far reaching views over Chichester Harbour and Itchenor Sailing Club to the south, and Bosham church and the South Downs to the north. Wonderful quiet rural location, short distance from Bosham village, and very close to Itchenor, Goodwood and Chichester Festival Theatre. The space Our guest suite has its own staircase and is totally separate from the rest of the house. The dual aspect views are simply breathtaking with Bosham church and the South Downs National Park to the north, and Chichester harbour and Itchenor Sailing Club to the south. The harbour is literally at the end of the garden. It is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful Bosham village just a short cycle away, stooped in history and character as well as great ice-creams! We are close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs National Park as well as stunning beaches, it is an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there is a king sized bed, with en suite shower and coffee and tea making facilities. We would be happy to put in a trundle bed for a child to facilitate a wonderful half term break. This would slightly compromise the separate sofa area of the room. Price for a child to be negotiated separately. Outside, there is a balcony with table and chairs overlooking Chichester Harbour. Guest access Guests will have their own private staircase and suite, although we do share a front door. They will be totally independent and breakfast (if required) will be either on their balcony, overlooking the sea, or in the suite. During your stay We will provide the guests with a mobile number during their stay for any needs Other things to note 15 mins from Goodwood ( revival, festival of speed, horse racing) Chichester Harbour tours (seal, bird watching), local boat hire, and kayaking tours and hire, all operate from Itchenor, a short walk away, combined with a trip across to the village on the idyllic passenger ferry.
