Nice little pavilion located on the edge of a quiet village less than 10 km from the beautiful medieval town of Dinan, and 30 minutes from the beaches of St Malo and Dinard. Also 10 km away is the Bétineuc leisure center and pond - ideal for children with its small beach. To visit: Mont St Michel; Fort La Latte and Cap Fréhel; the medieval castle of Combourg; St Suliac – one of the most beautiful villages in France. Plus, there are plenty of beautiful walks around. The space The house is private with a 500 m2 enclosed garden and parking for 2 cars. Terraces in front of and next to the house with table and chairs, barbecue. Lawn ideal for children. Separate living and dining room. TV and DVD player. Small equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, small freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster. Separate bathroom and toilet. With its two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, the house is ideally suited for 4 people; but, in addition, the living room can be transformed into a third private bedroom with a sofa bed to accommodate two additional people (contact us for more information). Bedding and towels provided. A foldable baby crib (without bedding) can be provided upon request. We welcome your medium-sized dog... The house is not suitable for large dogs.
