The villa is conveniently located, and can offer a relaxing and luxurious getaway for 8 guests, in walking distance from the beautiful beach of Yaliskari, while having the option of staying at home to enjoy its private swimming pool! The space This luxurious brand-new villa has much to offer, as its convenient location, being close to the port, beaches, markets and shops and the most popular bars and restaurants of the island, while giving you a great feeling of isolation and the chance to enjoy breakfast with a spectacular view or to relax watching the sunset. Overlooking the bay of Korissia, the villa is designed in a contemporary and minimalistic style, while giving you the feeling of being in a summerhouse on a Greek island! Before entering the villa, you will see our beautiful Mediterranean garden that is spread around the house, with plants and flowers of different colors and odors to accompany your experience. The villa is set on three levels with different sitting and dining areas around it , ensuring you have the choice of sitting in the shade or in the sun at any time of the day! Relax and enjoy the beautiful sea-view and sunset, as well as a refreshing swim in the pool! The swimming pool is surrounded by a modern wooden deck, where you will can sunbathe on the chaise longues that are equipped with a pull out mini table to lay your drink on. On the top floor of the villa, there is a luminous spacious living room with a fireplace and a large and comfy corner-sofa, a dining area and a bathroom. Enjoy watching your favorite series or films on Netflix, as well as the sporting events that you want on the 49' Smart 4K LG TV in the living room. The TV is placed on a stand that can be moved around, to achieve the angle that you want. On the same level, there is a modern and fully equipped open space kitchen, where you can enjoy cooking and eating with your friends while having a view of the Aegean sea! Feel free to use the variety of fresh herbs planted around the villa, like thyme, oregano, rosemary and basil, to make your cooking experience extra Greek and Mediterranean! The modern cupboards in the kitchen are made of European wood, and all the kitchen appliances are of German technology and brand new, giving you the comfort and quality of your home, on your holiday home! On the level below, you will find 3 of the villas bedrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom as well. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a beautiful seating area on the veranda just outside! The room is equipped with a 40' Smart 4K Sony Bravia TV, to make sure you can watch your favorite TV shows even on your holidays, and even when laying in bed! The other room also has a large double bed and a 28' Smart TV, and has a common sitting area outside with the 3rd room of this level, that could be described more as a room for children, as it has a a single bed, that has another single pull out bed, so it can be easily converted to two single beds. The swimming pool is located on this level as well, very close to the sitting area of the two rooms. On the level below, you will find another master bedroom, the largest bedroom of the house, also with an en-suite bathroom and equipped with a 32'' Smart TV. Special attention has been paid to the interior and exterior lighting which can be operated through modern switches or via a remote control. This allows you to select your preferred lighting (floor, isle, garden, pool deck, stone walls, etc) while you may turn the exterior lights off at the press of a button, before you go to bed! The house is equipped with solar energy water heater, so you will have hot water at all times. All the rooms of the house are equipped with Daikin air conditioners. The house is built of bricks and of local stone and it is constructed with the latest technologies to keep it cool in summer and warm during winter! An external thermal insulation system has been applied to the building shell, and the interior has been insulated with heat insulating panels. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house facilities and all its amenities. Other things to note - 3mins drive from the Port (Korissia). - 4mins drive from Vourkari Marina (restaurants, bars, shops and cafes). - 6mins walk from Yialiskari Beach (one of the best and well organized beaches on the island). - 15mins drive to Ioulis (Chora). The swimming pool is full and operating from April until September,maybe October depending on the weather. The swimming pool size is 14sqr meters, and it's depth is 1.20 cm.
