Peaceful 2-bed house on outskirts of State College

Come stay at our 2-bed house within 10 minutes of Beaver Stadium and downtown State College, but without all the calamity! Need somewhere to retreat to after the game? Look no further! Our home features a beautiful backyard with a firepit and grill, one bedroom with queen bed and one with full bed. *No cleaning fee* *Dog friendly* The space The house will be professionally cleaned and tidied by a local cleaning company before you arrive. All the amenities you'd expect from a residential home are here, including in-home laundry, a full kitchen with plenty of appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.), a grill, and more! This is my primary residence and is decorated as such. I aim to cultivate a cozy environment and hope that you find it a pleasing space to occupy. The backyard is large enough for any pickup football games that may come up, and is equipped with adequate seating for the fire pit positioned closer to the back of the property. Feel free to have people over, but do be respectful of neighbors please! :) Guest access While State College cannot be reached by walking from here, Uber-ing and driving is super easy as the home is moments from Route 99/322, right off of the Greys Woods/Waddle exit. The driveway can fit 3-4 cars, and street parking can accommodate a few more. Other things to note We are dog friendly! We have both a large dog and small dog, so if you would like to utilize crates during your stay let us know and we will leave ours for you!
