Welcome to Eagles Nest The renovated cottage is at the top of Cayuga Lake, nestled in the southern tip of Montezuma Wildlife Preserve. - Stunning sunsets, on the. water, private dock for fishing and tying up your boat, Wineries and wildlife 75 feet of lake-frontage with a large deck overlooking the crystal clear water of Cayuga Lake. Completely open floor plan with stunning lake views from anywhere in the house. Large grass area perfect for volleyball, badminton, or just a place to relax. The space Eagles Nest is an open floor plan in a traditional Cape Cod style. It has a full kitchen with utensils and cookware, as well as essential air conditioning and heat. If you have problems with stairs, this might not be the ideal place for you, as all the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathrooms are downstairs. The boat dock sits in an average of 4 and 1/2 ft of water. During the winter seasons, the dock is taken out, and we guarantee it will be in the water and ready for use between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. Typically, we get it in the water around the first or second week of May. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house and the property. There is no camping allowed on the property, and we have a maximum number of people allowed under town code. Other things to note The bedrooms are upstairs, and both bathrooms are downstairs. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and one has a full bed. Towels and linens are included. NOTE - From June 13th to September 5th, we have a 1-week minimum stay with a Saturday-to-Saturday check-in and check-out policy.
