This is a lovely 3 bhk with amazing views, a private pool and large gardens in Lonavala. A fully furnished villa that comes with all amenities that a family requires for a comfortable stay. The house is situated in a plot that is over an Acre with gardens for our guests to enjoy openness & nature away from the hustle bustle of the city. We have a full time caretaker to assist you during your stay. Also there are a lot of famous Dhabhas around for our guests to enjoy food. Pool - 25 x 12 Feet The space Let me walk you through the villa: The villa has 3 big bedrooms, a private pool, Large balconies, huge lawns, a sit out bonfire and an option to barbeque. Bedroom: - There is 1 bedroom on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. - The villa comprises of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available Extra Living Space- -We have an extra living room on the 2nd floor with an attached bathroom which can be used as a bedroom using the extra mattresses. Living area: - The villa has 2 living rooms one on the ground floor next to the pool and the other on the first floor with a balcony - It is well-lit and tastefully furnished - There is a 6-seater dining table for the guests to enjoy food near the pool. Bathrooms: - The villa has 5 private bathrooms. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply Pool: - The villa has a private chemical free pool. - The pool is 4.50 ft. deep - Children must always be supervised by adults in the main pool -There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around. -Pool - 25 x 12 Feet Lawn: - The property has a large, spacious lawn area with a veranda and there are multiple spots to lounge in - Outdoor sitting arrangement is available for guests its a 1 acre plot with 2 villas, both right in front of each other. both villas have their own private pool and gardens. Guest access The Entire Villa is available for guests to access. Terrace can not accessed. Swimming pool can be accessed till 10:30 p.m at night. Other things to note Please treat the house as your own and take care of everything as it is the labor of our love. Our staff is present at the villa 24/7 for security purposes. Refundable deposit of 4000/- has to be submitted at check in. We have a lot of dhabas and restaurants around for food delivery. Cooking at the property isn't allowed, only infant food, tea & coffee can be prepared. Hiring the cook has an extra charge depending on the number of guests. Extra guests visiting or staying will be charged 2000/- per person PLEASE NOTE - Electricity is at the mercy of the state government and nature. Our power cuts are infrequent but do happen and are beyond our control. Sometimes there is load shedding of 3 hours. We have an invertor which sustains basic electric appliances (Ceiling Fan, Light & Phone charger) for about 2 to 3 hours. Monsoon Note - Due to Heavy rains and repetitive cyclonic showers, we do have dampness/humidity in a few walls of the property, we assure our guests that this doesn't hamper with their stay & experience.
